Mix minced beef with a finely chopped onion, season with a little salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper, and form into oval patties.
Dust with seasoned flour and fry until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, fry a chopped onion until golden,
then add a Tbs of the seasoned flour and cook for couple of minutes. Slowly add beef stock, stirring all the while, until you have a nice
smooth gravy, then return the beef patties to the pan, cover and cook gently for 20-25 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and some colourful veg.
