Plaice with Brown Shrimp Butter Sauce

Dust fillets of plaice with seasoned flour and fry on both sides in oil and butter until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
Add another good knob of butter to the pan, together with the juice of a lemon (reserving a couple of thin slices for decoration)
and some cooked and peeled brown shrimp. Warm through and serve over the plaice, together with crushed new potatoes and a green veg.
