A very simple dish! Just mix together a Tbs of maple syrup and a Tbs English mustard and brush this onto fillets of wild salmon
(skinless is preferable!), then fry in a little hot olive oil until just cooked, about 2 – 3 minutes each side.
Serve garnished with chopped spring onions, accompanied by rice and a green veg.
