A slightly different take on a mustard and dill accompaniment to salmon, compared with the last one!
Make the mustard dill sauce by mixing together mayonnaise with grain mustard and chopped dill. Set aside.
Season fillets of wild salmon (I used Pacific salmon) and sauté quickly on both sides in a little olive oil.
Serve with buttered new potatoes, garnished with chopped chives, accompanied by the mustard dill sauce and a green veg.
