Cook penne pasta according to the packet. While that is on the go, fry a chopped shallot or two together with a few slices of prosciutto,
torn into small pieces, until the shallots are softening, then add defrosted frozen peas, together with a couple of Tbs grated parmesan
and 2 - 3 of Tbs cream. Drain the cooked pasta, saving some of the cooking water, and add to the peas and ham, stir together, adding
enough of the pasta water to make a thin sauce coating everything. Season with freshly-ground black pepper and serve in warm bowls.
