A very simple dish, but tasty nevertheless! Season fillets of lake trout with freshly ground black pepper and sauté in butter
for 3 - 4 minutes on each side, basting regularly. Add flaked almonds when the fish is nearly done, to toast them a little in
the nutty butter, and serve with buttered new potatoes and a green veg.
