150 g brown sugar and ˝ tsp ground cinnamon, then rub in 100 g butter, cut into small pieces, until it becomes crumbly. Stir in 100 g
coarse rolled oats until well mixed, then sprinkle this over the peaches. Bake in a 170°C oven for 40-50 minutes, until the topping is
golden and the juices are bubbling around the edges.
