Miso-Glazed Salmon

Mix together 2 Tbs miso paste with 2 Tbs sesame oil and 1 Tbs dark soy sauce and spread this over salmon fillets.
Put onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a 180°C oven for 15 minutes, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and
serve with rice and a green veg.

I hope that's wild salmon. I just read that farmed salmon is hazardous to one's health!
