House of Theseus – a building of palatial character, begun in the 2nd century AD and subsequently much modified.
Inhabited until the early 7th century. It was the official residence of the proconsul, the Roman governor of Cyprus.
This room was floored with a mosaic depicting Theseus and the Minotaur.
