Hi Dave, not sure this is caused by volcano ash but first time i can see such a sunset at Roissy CDG. Your photo is amazing !

In Hawaii when we see these they are also caused by vog (volcanic smog). We don't usually see as much ash as the Iceland volcano is currently putting out, but the results are similar none the less.
