This chap is around 6 inches tall, handmade in Shropshire England.
He has long wavy cream and black mohair, fully jointed, wearing cream felt shorts.
Notice the fluffy top knot that is common to Punkinheads and Punkies.

His certificate label says:

A micro version of his older brother but
full of character with his tailored
shorts and tuft of hair.
Produced in pure mohair, fully jointed
with hand embroidered features.

Came with a 1999 miniature International Collector's Album

The Ancestor of Cheeky was based on the Punkinhead made for a Canadian
department store from the late 1940s.
