This was our ultimate destination for our two week Holiday. At the start of week one it was looking unlikely we would get there after a two day down pour forced the Avon navigation Trust to shut down the River to all boaters. Luckily we had for seen this and headed up the River Severn to Worcester. A lot of people ended up stuck on their moorings for days on end until the River level dropped. After the rains stopped we were treated to 8 days of glorious Sunshine.
