I work as an Engineer, so terms like “sterile field” don't mean much to people in my line of work.

This is the sterile field that I set up 5 times a week so that I can administer a anaesthetic injection into my wife’s sypathetic nerve system without filling her body full of nasty bugs.

It makes me so angry when I see nurses and doctors doing the same thing for patients and doing it badly, putting patients in danger.

It’s amazing how good your Aseptic technique can become when the patient means so much to you.
