Jacksonville Florida

The St Johns River runs through the heart of Jacksonville and has a number of bridges. This shot was taken from the walkway near the top of the Acosta bridge. It has blue neon lights that run along it's full length and quartz iodine (orange) lamps lighting the walkway. This gives a pleasing color contrast. I waited for a bus to go by to get some streaking red lights and motion blur and took a 1.3s shot. Allen@chesterart.com
