Dog Day Afternoon is a 1975 American biographical crime drama film directed by Sidney Lumet
and produced by Martin Bregman and Martin Elfand.
The movie chronicled the 1972 robbery and hostage situation at a Chase Manhattan branch in Brooklyn.

If I remember correctly this is in a dog ‘toilet’ area, where they are actually allowed to perform their ‘besoins’. Nice image for the title.
