Victoria No. 203 is a Bollywood movie directed by Anand Mahadevan.
It is a remake of a 1992 movie.
It s a light comedy about the theft of exclusive diamonds and the people involved in it.
It got some bad critics in the Indian media.
Maybe the diamonds are hidden in this buoy.
