The Antarctic wind was blowing over the water
In the lee of the dam he was reading his book...
I added this other picture to see the reader more in the context of the environment in which he was reading

Interesting place to read a book! He is probably as happy as can be down there by himself. But like lanie, I'd have troubles concentrating on the book because I'd be distracted by all the scenery!
