The Crazy Horse Memorial was the next stop. It cost $28 for admission (car with more than 2 passengers) and the photo that you see is as close as we could get without spending more money for a bus trip. It was also the first place that we encountered large crowds. It was my least favorite stop on the trip.

Mount Rushmore was next. They also had large crowds but their crowd and parking management was excellent. It was a good stop.

We decided to visit Devils Tower as we headed over to Yellowstone. It was a nice drive and worth the short side trip.
