Coyotes

The coyotes were pretty scarce, but we managed to photograph a couple of them near the road. One series of images shows a coyote "mousing", whereby he rooted out a mouse from under the snow, then proceeded to play with it for awhile before finally swallowing it head first! The last image almost looks like the coyote has a grin on its face after finishing the mouse.

Very nice pictures of the coyotes. Where I live, they coyotes around. They are hard to see. I hope I will be lucky like you Charlie! V
