This gigantic resin copy of the statue of David was designed by Luciano Massari, a sculptor based in Carrara. It was done for Carrara Marble weeks in 2013. Then he got the idea to have the local students completely cover it with tattoos just for fun. I read where it is on display for a limited time, so I'm not sure if they will move it out of here at some point.
