Loch Seaforth is located on the south east coast of north Harris to the north east of Tarbert. The loch stretches for 14 miles and forms the eastern part of a natural border between Harris and Lewis. It is the largest sea loch in the Western Isles and during the Second World War it would have been possible to hide the entire British Naval Fleet there. The loch was named after Lord Seaforth.
