I had originally planned for this to be black and white, but I so liked the warm tones of the original. Here's my alternative:

Both images are wonderful, but the warm tones on the colour version are so beautiful that I think I'll go for it :)

B&W for me all the way.I agree that the taut strings and contrasting tones really bring home the message in this image.nice shot!

I like the black and white image best, though I do agree the warmth in the first image is nice. I guess the B&W really underscores the steel and cold tension better for me.
