I love these night shots of yours. It's impressive that you pry yourself out of your cozy house, away from your computer and your glass of wine, and brave the elements to capture these.
Most of the lights are down - the night is dark - the snow and wind are howling. I'll be you are experiencing the same there just north of me. PAD are hard to come by in this kind of weather.
