This image of the entrance of the Bargello in Florence, is compelling
in that it shows the street level courtyard and the main staircase leading
to the larger galleries on two upper levels.
A street level sculpture gallery is entered from this courtyard contains some major early Michealangelo works
as well as that of Cellini and other sculptors of the Renaissance.
The entrance is easy to miss, and is just to the right side of the image
After the Bargello closees at end of day, the large folded wooden doors are closed and locked securely.
