Malcolm is looking at a photocopy of the famous Leonardo painting of the Virgin, infant Jesus and St. John the Baptist as a child-angel.

Leonardo's painting has been restored to its original brightness, as shown in this photocopy, and is on special exhibit at the Louvre.
The original painting is much larger than this photocopy indicates. It is a general rule when copying in any method or media, an original work of art,
that the copy not be made the size of the original, so that viewers will be aware they are looking at a copy.

The original will be on view later this summer in the Grand Gallerie where it is usually shown.
