Lovely image! I love the example of excellent Finnish architecture with these buildings! Love the light colors! I Sweden it is grey color tones that dominates the new arcitecture which in other aspects are similar to the Finnish!!
I like terraces full of flowers. Perhaps the higher floor has one .. -V-

Looks very functional, like the Bauhaus style, not commonly seen in my part of the US. I like the porches or terraces, where you can walk right outside even if you are living on a higher floor.
