This was the 25th anniversary of
the South Church's Self-Guided Garden Tour, June 20-21, 2014.
The weather was perfect, with temperatures in the lows 70s,
low humidity, and mostly sunny.
This year the Tour consisted of 12 gardens in the area bounded by
South Street on the south, Middle Street on the north,
Lafayette Road on the west, and
Elwyn Avenue on the east—with 6 gardens concentrated on Ash Street.
Photography is by Jim Cerny using a Sony SLT A57 digital camera

I put a lot of emphasis on garden sculpture, objets d'art, and the performers.
This year some flowers were mostly missing (lupine,
iris, poppies), due to either the weather or this mix of gardens.
