This gallery features the pocket gardens of Portsmouth, NH, on the South Church Self-Guided Garden Tour, June 17-18, 2011. (Last updated 2013-07-03)

The main axis of the tour was along Pleasant Street, with major stops at the Governor John Langdon House and Strawbery Banke. Both of these included open historic houses - the Langdon House and the Goodwin Mansion. And Strawbery Banke has a greenhouse with unusual plants.
