Photoshop editing sequence:
1. Create new layer, with channel mixer.
2. Check monochrome and set RGB percentages to 24,76,0.
3. Flatten image and convert to RGB.
4. Adjust Hue/Saturation for Ligtness of +11%.
5. Sharpen (.7,14%,0) and save as maximum quality JPEG.
