Photoshop editing sequence:
1. Convert to quadtones.
2. Select Pantone Process Black CVC,
Web color FFFFCC(pale yellow),
Pantone 4705 CVC (medium brown),
Pantone 291 CVC (light blue).
3. Convert back to RGB.
4. Sharpen (.7,14%,0) and save as maximum quality JPEG.
