Due to concern about the use and misuse of Fort Stark, the Thursday Men's Coffee Group arranged to meet at Fort Stark, with representatives from New Castle Fire and Police, plus from State of NH Parks, for discussion and a close look at the issues.

These images include a particular look at the large, tall, white structure, what was known as the "HECP" (Harbor Entrance Command Post) during WW-II, built on top of the earlier Battery Kirk. A scary place in its current condition, if you stop to think about safety issues.

The top of the HECP provides striking panoramas. The interior of the HECP is a warren of levels and rooms, completely covered with graffiti. These images probably represent no more than 50% of the interior graffiti. These images misrepresent the graffiti, making it look bright due to the camera flash, while in fact the interior is very dark, largely windowless, and dim even when illuminated by a flash light. The interior graffiti are not displayed here in any particular order (note that some of the images contain offensive material).
