So, from there, we and Neal, then one year old, went to Lancaster, Pa. for my internship. We moved back to Memphis and back to UT for a year of pediatrics where I learned that maybe I should be doing something else. Kids cry and sometimes bite. Then, my son, Bret can along. I've been in Family Practice for the last 34 years in Germantown. I lost my hearing a few years ago, and now I just oversee a couple of nurse practitioners and 2 other docs, and I'm semi-retired. I guess I got burned out of seeing patients about the same time so I'm not too upset. But I'm open to suggestions if you have something for me to volunteer to do. Neal, he lives down the street and is now the practice manager of Germantown Minor Medical, and he's managed to have 2 children of his own. Einat his wife, born in Israel, now tells him what to do, and Debra still tells me how to do it. Jake just had his 5th birthday yesterday and Adam will be 3 soon. I, well I still chase tail. Lewis
Ed note: He caught Debra when he was younger. No way could he do it now. And as far as his current chasing. . . . .
