The Samburu women in this village greeted us with cheerful faces and a wonderfully warm, energetic performance of their traditional song and dance. These Samburu receive tourists quite frequently and appreciate the extra income they derive from tourism. But despite doing this regularly, they have not lost their enthusiasm. I could still feel their joy, passion, energy and commitment in sharing their culture with us.
