Eating breakfast on the go - Tim (and the rest of us) were literally eating our food on the streets. We had some steamed buns to go and chowed it down on the edge of a sidewalk next to a row of parked bikes.

Haha! Yes, I do feel a bit like a voyeur here! I was experimenting on a technique of expression - how to suggest the environment without actually showing everything. At least I hope it expressed the idea of being in the urban outdoors, eating on the fly! As for Tim's search for steamed bun in New York chinatown, I thought he would have better success at finding a hot dog in New York....

He was looking for a steamed bun on the streets of New York's Chinatown last week, but couldn't find any, probably because New York regulations are a bit more strict regarding the sale of street food than China. The framing makes it appear as if you caught him doing something he shouldn't be doing. Like eating pork on the street?
