Three Cliffs Bay
by Gary Martin

Beautiful bay on the Gower Peninsula. This location was voted in the top 3 of Britain's favourite beautiful places in a recent national TV programme. And the bonus is it is only a 20 minute drive from my home!

A beautiful locale indeed, and your rendering of it is picture-perfect.

Serene. It reminds me of the Great Lakes.

Excellent image Gary, a little curvature to the horizon but that is only a nit. Enough detail in the foreground and the shadows accentuate the sheen of the ocean and beautiful sky, well balanced composition...

lovely shot--I love the way the light is reflecting off the water--I would remove a bit of the foreground tho.

My sort of landscape Gary - there's so much here to draw one in ....it shouts watery winter sun - love it!

I like the composition - the whispy clouds in the sky help to make it an interesting photo.

beautiful composition, lovely lighting on the water, great clouds...just a little too dark
in the foreground?
