This was a hat that was in a show at the gallery. The
artist wanted a shot of it to use in an artcard we
are having printed up for her. The card turned out
very nicely--very modern looking and the hat seemed
to almost float on it. I had 5 minutes to do this and no
studio lights--only the available light from the half-
windows (top half are panelled up because of the artwork
being shown in the gallery). Someday maybe I'll convince
the Board to let us invest in some basic lighting as I seem
to be doing this quite regularly for various members--all
visual artists of one kind or another.
