Assembling Christmas - If I hold my mouth right, it will fit!

It is time to give serious thought to how I will light the photos for Christmas. This attempt uses three very diffuse lights in an attempt to light the entire room more or less evenly. There are still shadows but there is a point where too few shadows looks more unnatural than the standard direct flash. Opinions/suggestions welcome.
