Down on the farm

Looks like a planter, but I'm not sure. Found it in the farm yard at the foot of Carreg Cennen Castle in South Wales. It snowed when I was up there this morning.

Nice piece of farm implement. I'd guess a seeder/planter, don't know what the correct term would be.
