This ia a beautiful photo. Several areas are blown out but just right. You can still see the outline of the face. I like this alot and I'm absolutely sure that this would look beautiful in print on the Epson 2400. Great Job Audre.

I have looked at this a few times and it gets better every time. My sister had a portrait done almost the same as this way back in 1938 and it has always been one of my favourite photos. Well done.

It reminds of days gone by in my old darkroom (Bath tub)
The pose and expression are great..
I do think it could use a bit more contrast.. but it's in the eye of the beholder..
It has a lovely overall soft feeling..
Nicely done..

When you look at our lover, what do you see? Not their chin, or the outline of their face and cheek bones. You see their eyes, and their lips, perhaps with a little delicate framing from their hair. I don't have any input on the technical aspects of this photo. But to me, it captures the most intimate moment between two people.

A very haunting quality in the protrait.

I'm going to be a lone dissenter here I guess. While I really like the idea and the composition, the lower right side bothers me a lot. I'd like to see just a hint of her face's outline - it really bothers me how there is no definition -- but only a hint, nothing else because that would negatively affect the rest of the composition - just enough to give definition.

Beautiful hi-key shot. I too would like to see the lower portion cropped out, but that's nit-picking with an outstanding presentation of natural beauty.

That's a fantastic shot Audre. Should be blown up to poster size and used in a beauty salon. Try contacting a few to see of they want to buy it ( and remember my usual 5%).

I think this is great. I love the high key with the expression. The only thing that I noticed was that her chin is almost missing.... I wonder what it would look like cropped/framed tighter? just a thought, but it's a great image regardless.

Wonderful work and results. Lovely comp and I especially like the focus on the eyes and her gaze. Janet
