I would have cropped more or have more space at top less at bottom..
I would also like to see more a play with light.. a bit deeper shadows
Move it further from the screen..
Also a bit too square .. maybe a rose at the bottom of the vase..
Spray the flowers with water..
Ohterwise a nice clear photo and good colour..

You can see my stetup at www.pbase.com/jimmelton347. I had my overhead shop light on (daylight fluroscents) and two 250W photo blue bulbs (one mounted and one hand held) and some judicious photoshop work to take out the reflections of the lights. The background is a gray infinity seamless.
