For me -- and humbly it's just personal opinion -- I find the B&W pic puts the focus of attentions mostly on the rocks, and the color picture puts the focus of attention more
on the rocks AND the blue of the sky. I like both. Can't say I like one more than
the other. So perhaps it's just a matter of where you most want to direct the
viewer's attention.
