I think I agree with Rafi, clone out the white light, but maybe leave in the thinner white line to the right, to give some closure on that side. This is a very powerful shot, very dramatically lighted, and yes, very moody and very evocative. A really cool shot that I like a lot. Can't tell, is he wearing gloves? Either way, the hands are creepy. Nice touch.
