I went down to the local skate park today to take shots for my adventure sports class. There were some amazing BMX guys there doing a ton of jumps and tricks. It was a challenge to expose properly and still freeze action, but really good experience.

Great action shot. I like the way you've framed the head in the top corner but show enough of the platform below to indicate context. You've perfectly frozen the spokes on the wheels.
