This is taken at the top of Grouse Mountain in Vancouver, B.C. The mountain overlooks the city and the cascade mountains (seen here) in Washington State. It was an extremely bright day and, at such a high altitude, the photos I took were mostly washed out even with my polarizer - I should have set the exposure a little lower. This is one of the few that sort of turned out.
