I saw another little challenge in which the theme was Negative Space. During the drive home yesterday I had a bunch of time to come up with some ideas that I think may be cool to try, but we will see. This was not one of the planned shots. I saw this Iris while working the yard yesterday and decided to give it a shot. I am not going to use this for the challenge, it wasn't quite what I wanted it to be, but I decided to put it on here.

This video piqued my interest a while back and I tried to use his trick to do something similar with the flower...but I should have watched the video again before I tried. Watching it now I see what I did wrong...I suppose I may have to try again now!
