I have posted a few pictures and talked about my fiancee, Lauren, several times on here, but haven't said to much about getting married etc. Well, today we went down to the circuit court and attained our marriage license. We also picked, purchased, and picked up our wedding bands. All the officiating and pomp and circumstance will be carried out this coming Saturday with family and friends of course, but today was a big day. As this Saturday draws closer, Lauren has been stressing over all the small details of getting the flowers etc correct for the wedding. I haven't talked her into putting her mind completely at ease, but I did my best to convince her that no matter what comes on Saturday, we have the important components now.

Alright, as far as this picture goes, this was simply one of the small details Lauren was concerned about. She wants some pictures to display on the guest book table and on the gift table etc. We did not have any that she particularly liked and she thought it would be cool if the ones we displayed were ones that I took......so here I am. I set up a few lights etc and this small background. I got four or five that we liked so I think we are all set. Always fun to try something new!
