We had great weather today so I spent a little bit of time out walking around by the river. Despite the cold we've had, the snow is gone and there are bits of green showing up throughout the area. Not to be outdone though, winter is clinging on as there are these bits and pieces of ice hanging on.

Looks like the ice might be getting some back up tonight as well. Temperatures are meant to drop into the twenties with a predicted 5-8 inches of snow the last time I checked the forecast. It's March...in Virginia! Let's not be ridiculous, Nature.
