Backhoe 1

New Orleans, LA

Came across this backhoe at a salvage yard. There was this kid playing
in the cabin when I walked up. He was just coming out just as I took the picture.
I like this picture as a symbol of urban decay.

I like this a lot, Chris. Again with that timeless quality. I think this is a very emotional, and a bit depressing, image. I like this one better than Backhoe 2, but only because you can see his face better in this one. I like that Backhoe 2 is a tighter shot. Both great, excellent timing! I have a hard time with that myself...
