Pbase poet laureate and photographer Rod Stewart (Halifax, Nova Scotia) and photography prodigy Christine P. Newman (Tortonto, Ontario).

My wife and I were privileged to be able to spend a wonderful afternoon of conversation and photography with Rod and Christine in Montreal. Fantastic people. A special thanks to Christine's mother Pauline for helping to arrange the meeting and to Christine's boyfriend Matthew for accompanying her.

It's always wonderful to meet idols in the flesh. I love Guenter's comment about following a poem of Rod's - suicide indeed - but beware Christine's youth - she is sharp witted and talented enough to humble us all.
