I am Jan Taylor's cousin. My dad Billy Joe Milner and Jan's mother Louise were brother and sister. I don't remember ever seeing this photo before.

My name is Janice Vivian Taylor (Bills) (Sanchez). I have this picture also. Jack Milner is my grandfather on my mother's side. The woman in the picture is my grandmother Eula Viola Frazier. They married 9-16-1916. The child is my Aunt Irene. Jack and Eula had 4 children: Irene, Sybil (my mother who went by middle name Louise), Lovella, and Billie Joe.
